‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 4 Spoilers: What Will Happen With Ezra And Aria?

With the winter premiere of "Pretty Little Liars" quickly approaching, fans are desperately waiting to see what is in store for the couples of Rosewood. After learning that Alison is in fact alive, episode 14 will equate to a lot of searching for the liars, psychically and emotionally. After years of searching for some answers surrounding Alison's apparent murder and subsequent death, they are not exactly relieved to learn she is still alive. In the promo video for episode 14, "Who's In The Box?" Aria questions her own conflicted feelings, "She's really alive, but why am I not insanely happy?"

Unfortunately for Aria, this is not the only complicated relationship in her life. From the start Aria and Ezra have had an incredibly difficult, yet passionate relationship, and Season 4 will be no different! However, while in past seasons the main problem for the couple has been hiding their secret love affair, it seems that in actuality Ezra has been harboring a deep, dark, secret of his own. Ezra's exposure as "A" was shocking to say the least, and this will be the main issue for the pair going forward. Despite several fan theories that claim Ezra could have been set up, it seems pretty clear after the Ravenswood costume party that the mysterious Mr. Fitz is in fact Uber "A."

The Liars still don't know, although they will be catching on soon, one of the Liars more than others. Our bet is Spencer, especially considering a recent Instagram post from actress Troian Bellisario who portrays the intelligent teen. Giving her best Spencer scowl, Bellisario snapped a black-and-white photo standing next to Brandon Jones, who plays classmate Andrew Campbell. The teasing pair is posed directly in front of a chalkboard, which reads, "Mr. Fitz SUCKS." The search to connect Mr. Fitz to his alternate identity "A" will immediately begin in the winter premiere of Season 4, the Liars discover an important piece of evidence in "Who's In The Box?" that will lead them to discover Ezra's involvement with Alison the summer of her "death."

While investigating "A," Ezra and Aria's relationship will obviously begin to crumble. While the Liars begin to come to terms with the idea that they're friendly English teacher is in actuality a murderous psychopath, Aria will seriously reject the notion. However, eventually Aria will figure out what Ezra has been up to and she realizes they will not live happily ever after. "Pretty Little Liars" executive producer, Oliver Goldstick told E! Aria "will unravel and she will come undone, and for good reason! I think it's completely justified when she does."
