"Treme" Season 4 Episode 4, "Sunset on Louisiane" premieres tonight on HBO at 9.:05 p.m. EST. The episode synopsis reads "L.P. Everett returns to New Orleans for more investigative work, but an unlikely welcoming party rolls out the red carpet for him. Meanwhile, Albert insists that Delmond carry on a family tradition after he's gone; Antoine pulls an all-nighter trying to get back in the swing of things; Annie discusses her future with the band; and Davis turns 40."
"Treme" Season 4 has had its share of drama as always in the Louisianna heat. But last week's episode, "Dippermouth Blues," are reflecting the series drawing to a close: Albert's decline is indicative of the show wrapping things up. Indeed, next Sunday will mark the series finale for the New Orleans-based drama. The synopsis for next week's episode " ... to Miss New Orleans" reads "Colson is offered a transfer; guardians send Lambreaux home; Batiste takes his sons to a Dr. John gig; Hidalgo returns to Texas; McAlary revisits his pothole, now decorated."
