Yesterday we found out that Selena Gomez spent two weeks in a rehab center in Arizona. The “Come And Get It” singer was admitted to the Dawns At The Meadows center on Jan. 5 just two days after she was spotted riding segways with Justin Bieber. According to RadarOnline, a source close to Gomez revealed that in the months before she admitted herself to the facility, she had been “partying very hard” and that her on-again/off-again relationship with Justin Bieber had left her “broken-hearted.”

“Selena came to understand just what a bad influence Justin had been on her life,” one source added, according to RadarOnline. “Their relationship left her broken-hearted.” Also, Selena blames a lot of her problems on the excesses she was exposed to by being around Bieber and his buddies. However, her rep denies reports that she was struggling with drugs or alcohol use. "Selena voluntarily spent time at Meadows but not for substance abuse," the rep said.

Nevertheless, it has been claimed that Selena left the rehab facility before medically advised, so she could attend the Sundance Film Festival at the end of January. According to TMZ, the singer bailed on the 6-week program only 2 weeks in, and she told her people she would return after Sundance, but when the festival was over, she decided she was cured and there was no reason to return.

Medical staff at The Meadows feels it’s essential in any recovery to complete therapy but Selena told her people that she completed the “toughest week” which is called “Survivor’s week” and that everything’s fine. What do you think? Should Selena go back and finish her treatment or carry on with her life?
