Demi Lovato's New Hair Is Pink! Singer Goes Out With Selena Gomez After Justin Bieber's Arrest

If she continues like that, Demi Lovato will soon be able to say she has had the whole rainbow on her hair. This time around the pop starlet dyed her hair hot pink, and it actually looks super cool on her. The 21-year-old singer showed off her new look as she headed out for dinner with her BFF Selena Gomez at Craig's Restaurant in West Hollywood on Thursday night.

Lovato had teased her fans that she was going to change her hair color yet again earlier this week, and on Friday morning she posted two pictures on Twitter with the result of her change. She indicated that this was her new look for her upcoming Neon Lights Tour.

Demi and Selena have rekindled their friendship after a brief falling out. “She was going through things and I was so young and it was confusing. I processed it saying, ‘Ok, I don't understand what she's going through so I'm just going to do this,’” Selena said in a previous interview with Seventeen magazine.

“I don't think it was fair, and I'm so happy that I have her back in my life now.” Selena also gushed, “Demi's very, very strong. She's the only person that I would tell the deepest, darkest secrets to. The only person.” And we think that one of the topics of their girls night out last night was Justin Bieber, who that same day was arrested for allegedly driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving with an expired license while drag racing.

Selena has been spotted lately with the troubled teen sensation, sparking rumors of a reconciliation. However, Justin was in the arms of model Chantel Jeffries when he was pulled over and arrested, who also has a record of her own. It includes five run-ins with police, including an arrest for speeding and a misdemeanor assault and stabbing another woman in the forearm. Maybe Jeffries was taunting the Biebs to join the race?

We can only hope Selena chooses what’s best for her, and in the meantime, we’re glad she found Demi again, who’s proven to be recovering just fine after her rehab stint and might actually be a good influence on Selena. As long as she stays away from Justin Bieber ...
