Manchester United striker Cristiano Ronaldo was photographed in a pair of tiny shorts while spending some time on the golf course with friends at Mottram Hall in Cheshire on Saturday.

Ronaldo, 37, had an active weekend with several of his friends in Cheshire as Man Utd took a pre-season week off as their nightmare season nearly came to an end. The Portuguese footballer pulled on very tiny gray shorts and a black shirt displaying his fit physique. The footballer seemed to be in great concentration as he hit the ball across the green; he was also seen enjoying the weather as he walked between holes.

The inconsistent performance of United gave birth to discussions about Ronaldo's future at Old Trafford. Despite a year remaining in his contract, transfer news linking Ronaldo to an exit from the side he initially joined in 2003 has emerged. It was believed that he would quit the club, following the side's drought season, despite his outstanding skills. However, United fans felt relieved, as photos were reportedly leaked showing the striker posing in Red Devils' new kits.

The legendary star previously revealed the passing of their son at birth. Announcing his and Georgina Rodriguez's heartbreaking loss, Ronaldo wrote on social media, "It is with our deepest sadness we have to announce that our baby boy has passed away. It is the greatest pain that any parents can feel. Only the birth of our baby girl gives us the strength to live this moment with some hope and happiness." He continued by expressing gratitude to all the people who supported them, "We would like to thank the doctors and nurses for all their expert care and support. Ronaldo and his partner Rodriguez revealed the name of their newborn daughter as Bella Esmeralda. The footballer's 28-year-old girlfriend officially announced their daughter's name on an Instagram post, alongside three cute photos that featured the little girl sleeping while wearing a pink top and a white Moschino number and a knitted hat. She wrote in her caption, "Bella Esmeralda [green heart] 180422."
