Austrian billionaire Richard Lugner invited Kim Kardashian to be his date at Vienna’s Annual Opera Ball on Thursday, Feb. 27. So what does this 81-year-old entrepreneur have that made Kim say yes to the invitation and make a public appearance? Well, $500,000. Unfortunately, the money and the VIP treatment weren’t enough for the reality TV star to have a good time.

Kardashian was wearing a pink and black gown, with a sheer, backless top. Her hair was straightened and her make up was simple, but her diamond cuff stole the show. However, her elegant look was overshadowed by how uncomfortable she looked while arriving at the event and posing with Lugner. Even her mother, Kardashian matriarch Kris Jenner was there, and couldn’t keep her daughter from looking unhappy.

Apparently, she set the tone for the rest of her night. According to TMZ, Kim was furious after one of the guests came up to her in black face, pretending to be Kanye West. She had to stay for another hour and a half per the contract she had signed agreeing to go and receiving the hefty pay check. However, things got worse when another party guest approached her and asked her to dance. Kim said she wasn’t a good dancer, but the guy insisted “he would dance with her if the orchestra played N*****s in Vienna,” referencing Kanye’s song “N*****s in Paris.”

However, the night didn’t end in an unpleasant experience just for Kim, because host Lugner wasn’t happy with his guest’s behavior throughout her stay. According to the Daily Mirror, the businessman had complained earlier in the day prior to the gala that Kim was “annoying him.” He allegedly told reporters at a photo call that the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” star wasn’t fulfilling her requests despite the paycheck, because she “stood him up to film scenes” for the show. "Kim is annoying me because she's not sticking to the program," he said, and continued, "The guest should be with me and not anywhere else that is not agreed upon."

According to TMZ, Kim wasn't happy with how Lugner was treating her because he was “grabbing her and imploring her to lose her security.” So far no word on her people, and as for Lugner, he’s used to inviting high-profile celebs every year. Paris Hilton, Geri Halliwell, Dita Von Teese, Carmen Electra, Pamela Anderson, Sophia Loren, Raquel Welch and Lindsay Lohan (who was a no show) are just some of the names who’ve been invited by the Austrian mogul as his dates over the years.
