Kate Middleton is trying to help Meghan Markle deal with her personal struggles. The Duchess of Cambridge, reportedly, reached out to Meghan after watching her recent interview, where she admitted her struggles as a royal.
In the ITV documentary “Meghan and Harry: An African Journey,” Meghan talked about her life as a royal and revealed her struggles dealing with the press. When asked how her life has been since becoming a royal, she honestly admitted that she’s “not okay.” The Duchess of Sussex moved viewers when she appeared to nearly break down while admitting to struggling with constant scrutiny and criticism since joining the royal family.
After watching her sister-in-law, Kate Middleton, reportedly, tried to extend a hand to Meghan by telling her that it is normal for royals like them to go through a bad patch. She, allegedly, told Meghan to get through it, and that she also had to deal with the same challenges before.
“Catherine has told Meghan that every royal—including herself—goes through a bad patch with the press but the important thing is to learn by mistakes, move on and get through it,” royal correspondent Phil Dampier claimed. He also revealed that, of all the members of the royal family, it was Kate who immediately stepped in to offer Prince Harry and Meghan her firm and unwavering support after their moving interview.
“Behind the scenes, I’m told Kate is doing her best to bring everyone together and help Meghan,” Dampier said. “None of them want to let the Queen down so Kate is trying to patch things up in private. I’m told she has reached out to Meghan and spoke to her on the phone. Kate feels sorry for her and knows that Meghan is struggling,” he added.
According to reports, Kate Middleton is determined to unite the Fab Four—she and Prince William, Prince Harry, and Meghan Markle—and forget about their differences. She, reportedly, wants to help Meghan Markle because she knows that despite being a strong and inspiring woman on the outside, she is very sensitive on the inside.
