While his whirlwind dalliance to Hailey Baldwin culminated into a marriage in a span of less than one year; fans are speculating that there’s potential danger looking over Baldwin’s head— yes, it’s the Hillsong Church influence in the 23-year-old life, and how Bieber might just be using his ties to the Church to control his wife.

Not too long ago, when Bieber and Baldwin began dating, Bieber would take his rebound girl (TBH) on “church dates” which, according to sources, had a purpose in mind. For the uninitiated, the Hillsong Church and Scientology cater to some members and are fashioned in the likeliness of laws that gave men an upper, domineering hand in marriages.

While that’s (hopefully) a thing of the past, fans are now concerned whether Baldwin is succumbing to the brainwashing by the church.
