Selena Gomez Flushing Justin Bieber Out of Her Life Completely

Selena Gomez has dedicated 2020 to self-love, and there are no two ways about it. The “Lose You to Love Me” singer dropped another sign – throwing another iconic Jelena stuff away—and it’s clear that she doesn’t want to have anything to do with Justin Bieber anymore.

Taking you down the memory lane, Gomez and Bieber were often snapped riding along the countryside on their bikes, during much happier times, way back in 2017. The young couple often rode bikes and their blue and black rides were supposedly “their thing”.

Fast forward to now, a per a recent report, a van was parked outside of her LA house, which seemed loaded with her “old things”— including two black and pastel blue bicycles— which everyone knows were Bieber and Gomez’ favorite things. The couple was spotted riding for one last time in October 2017 before calling it quits once and for all in 2018.

While Gomez is certainly more focused on her work and health, insiders speculate that the singer continues to harbour a soft spot for him, and is still on the path to recovery. Despite maintaining a graceful stance through it all, it is believed that the 27-year-old singer felt like a victim during her relationship with Bieber.

“No, because I've found the strength in it,” said the singer, while opening up about her past relationship to a media outlet. “It's dangerous to stay in a victim mentality. And I'm not being disrespectful, I do feel I was a victim to certain abuse. I think that [emotional abuse is] something that — I had to find a way to understand as an adult. And I had to understand the choices I was making.”

Bieber is currently married to Hailey Baldwin, and the two seem to be very much in love. Selena brushed aside dating rumors and has time and again maintained that she found love in the arms of friends and fans. The former Disney star was also spotted enjoying a casual lunch date with friends earlier this week in LA.

Despite everything that happened in the past, Gomez was clear that she didn’t want to carry any baggage. “As much as I definitely don't want to spend the rest of my life talking about this, I am really proud that I can say I feel the strongest I've ever felt and I've found a way to just walk through it with as much grace as possible,” Gomez added in the interview.
