Top 4 Video Games From San Diego Comic-Con We're Looking Forward To Seeing

This year it seems Comic-Con is in favor of the gamers as a lot more gaming studios will have panels at the convention this time around. For some time now gaming has been slowly creeping its way into Comic-Con but this year in San Diego expect an even more breakthrough for the industry.

1. " Super Smash Bros." Wii U and 3DS - Nintendo will be at SDCC 2014 and if you are going and have a 3DS bring it! The company will be hosting a number of events including a live streamed stage show called Nintendo Challenge Live that can be checked out on July 25 and 26 on Nintendo's Twitch channel. Nintendo will also host a StreetPass function at the nearby Nintendo Gaming Lounge at the Marriott Marquis & Marina on July 25. Arrive early and you could be one of the first to participate in "Super Smash Bros." 3DS competition. With the competition going we may see more releases or teaser for "Super Smash Bros." 3DS!

Meanwhile, the company will also host a "Mario Kart 8" tournament. In this one however, there will be bracket-style, local competitions between 32 racers to decide the local competitors who will face off against players across the globe in an online tournament. Besides the tournaments Nintendo will display their Amiibo characters and a "Bayonetta" feature film screening and much more!

2. "Far Cry 4" - Ubisoft will be bringing "Far Cry 4" to SDCC '14! The panel titled "The Inspiration that Brought Far Cry 4's Kyrat to Life and the Quest for Everest," will look to provide some insight into the world of "Far Cry 4," which has been often controversial. The panel is set to take place Thursday July 25 at 3:15 p.m. in Room 6DE.

3. "Batman: Arkham Knight" - For those fans wanting more "Batman: Arkham Knight" look no further! Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment will be at SDCC '14 with the newest Batman installment for fans to play Friday, July 25 between 7:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. in Ballroom 20. In celebration of the upcoming titles release they will also host the Cape/Cowl/Create art exhibit, open to the public daily through the entire convention from 12:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the Hard Rock San Diego Hotel’s Legends Room.

4. "Sunset Overdrive" - The creators of "Sunset Overdrive," Insomniac Games, will be showing off the title at SDCC '14 Thursday July 24. The event will is dubbed "The Fusion of Art and Style in Sunset Overdrive" panel and will begin at 5:00 p.m. from Room 5AB. From the title of the panel it sounds as if fans will see more footage and photos of the title to get a more indepth look at the artwork and style the development team took for "Sunset Overdrive."

San Diego Comic-Con 2014 is scheduled to commence in a few days running through July 24-27 at the San Diego Convention Center.
