Former US President Donald Trump's daughter Tiffany Trump was in a mood to celebrate last weekend as it was her one-year engagement anniversary to Michael Boules.
On Sunday, she shared photographs from the moment when Boulos went down on his knee and proposed to her with a diamond ring worth $1.2 million in the White House Rose Garden, reported Yahoo! News.
She added a heart emoji to the post and captioned the images, "One year down forever to go."
Since the 24-year-old proposed last January, Tiffany "has been excited and wedding planning ever since," a source told PEOPLE last October. The couple, who live in Miami, are reportedly thinking of walking down the aisle in Greece. The source said that the two chose to stay in Miami because it is "so multi-cultural," and they want to "marry in Greece and may have a ceremony there with another one" in the US.
During a vacation to Greece last year, Tiffany and Boulos spent time in Mykonos and visited nearby islands to look for possible locations for their wedding. The source said that "Tiffany loves Mykonos and would like to marry around there" even if she has another celebration in the US, maybe at Trump's Mar-a-Lago resort in Florida. The couple reportedly visited Athens as well. According to the source, the former President's daughter loves to travel and "live a global life."
While Tiffany graduated from Georgetown University Law Center last May, Boulos is Lebanese-French, and went to school in London. He was raised in Nigeria. The two were first photographed together in September 2018 in Manhattan, but it wasn’t for another two months that people started speculating on their relationship. In November 2018, she introduced Boulos to her family during a Thanksgiving gala at her father’s club. Tiffany's mother Marla Maples told Town&Country that she adored Boulos.
The couple's relationship did not slow down in the past year as the two attended several White House events together and their parents also met.
According to Nicki Swift, Tiffany and Boulos have not commented on their wedding guest list. But there's a good chance that her family members will be there including her parents along with her sister Ivanka Trump and her other siblings.
