Selena Gomez, Ed Sheeran Dating? Did Taylor Swift Setup Their Hookup To Keep Gomez Away From Justin Bieber?

A newly single Selena may not be single for too long. The rumor mill has stated that Selena Gomez is hooking up singer, Ed Sheeran! Apparently Ed Sheeran is ready to "Come & Get It", (na na na na, na na na) sorry, we couldn't help ourselves.

A source at Us Weekly has claimed, that Selena and Sheeran are "hooking up," and it was none other than Miss Taylor Swift who intrdocued the two young stars over Memorial Day Weekend.

Sheeran is currently touring with Taylor Swift on her worldwide "Red" tour. Swift is Selena's best friend and has never shied away from showing her dislike of Selena's on-again, off-again boyfriend, Justin Bieber.

After her wild ride of a relationship with Justin, Selena is looking for something more mature and stable. "She got sick of having to take care of Justin like he was her child," the source added. "This is a nice escape from the drama."

And while the two have yet to confirm their relationship, Sheeran was photographed visiting Selena's LA home and when asked about the possibility of a relationship with Selena at the MuchMusic Video Awards, he admitted, "I wouldn't complain." Now that Selena claims her and Justin are "totally done" and "not even hooking up anymore," maybe there is a possibility that Selena would date a new man.
