A plain salad can get boring really quickly, but fortunately there many variations and twist to the healthy dish. One such variation is a spinach salad with pineapple dressing and tuna steaks. This recipe, by Chef James Tahhan, is a great way to add a little seafood into your diet. Tuna, for the record, is great to reduce your risk of heart disease.
