Prince Harry and songwriter Ed Sheeran recently collaborated on a humorous video for World Mental Health Day!

The World Mental Health Day is celebrated on the 10th of October to raise awareness on mental health realities and to combat social stigma surrounding the issue. This year, the celebration focuses of suicide prevention.

The duo’s video, posted on the Sussex Royal Instagram account, started with Prince Harry opening the door for a waiting Ed Sheeran. The singer initially acted as if he and Prince Harry were meeting up for redhead awareness advocacy.

"We're ginger and we're going to fight!" said Sheeran to add humor. Prince Harry quickly cleared up that they were meeting up to discuss issues on World Mental Health Day. The two are popular for being look-alikes especially with their similar red hair.

Aside from the hilarious video with the popular “Thinking Out Loud” singer, the Duke of Sussex also participated in activities of youth groups.

"Today, on World Mental Health Day, The Duke of Sussex returned to St Ann’s, Nottingham, to reunite with members of two community youth initiatives he’s been supporting for many years - EPIC Partners mentoring at Nottingham Academy and Community Recording Studio (CRS)," wrote the Sussex Royal on Instagram.

"At Nottingham Academy, HRH spoke with several of the youth he’s met on previous visits who are now mentoring younger students to ensure they’re managing their mental health both at school and at home."

Prince Harry also joined the students' school assembly where he listened to the youth's stories of managing stress at different levels. He also shared his opinion on the importance of maintaining a good mental health.

Aside from sharing stories and thoughts, a therapy dog also joined in. The services of emotional support therapy dogs are often employed to support people that suffer from a range of psychiatric issues such as post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and anxiety.

"There was also a fun visit with a therapy dog who supports students who feel reluctant to read, and allows them to garner more self confidence," the caption described.

Just like other celebrities who have opened up about mental health, Prince Harry revealed how he struggled with the impact of losing his mother at the age of twelve. He sought professional help on dealing with his mental health issues at the age of 28.

“ In my case, suit and tie, every time I was in any room with loads of people, which is quite often, I was just pouring with sweat, like heart beating – boom, boom, boom, boom – and literally like a washing machine," he told Forces TV in an interview.

Prince Harry recently finished a ten-day official visit to South Africa along with Meghan Markle and baby Archie.
