"Pretty Little Liars" winter premiere spoilers, rumors and news. ABC Family

"Pretty Little Liars" has been on a long haitus since its midseason finale, "Game Over, Charles," which aired on ABC Family way back in August. Fans have been dying without the series and want as much info about the winter premiere "Of Late I Think of Charles" as they can get and so we are here to help. Check out these five things you need to know about the "Pretty Little Liars" winter premire below:

1. We'll be in the future - From the promo trailer and synopsis we know that the winter premiere "Of Late I Think of Charles" will be set in the future, five years later to be exact. The synopsis reads:

"Picking up five years after we last saw the Liars, the girls are not the same people they were when they left Rosewood. Having pursued their own paths and adjusting to a life without "A," how will they be able to cope when something happens in Rosewood that forces them to go back to where it all started? Torn between their old habits and their new lives, the Liars must stick around, and together, as relationships are once again put to the test and new secrets are revealed."

2. Other plot details - Executive producer Oliver Goldstickrevealed in an interview with Entertainment Tonight that the time-jump will include a wedding for one of the Liars. Plus Vanessa Ray will guest star as CeCe Drake/Charlotte DiLaurentis. As well as Dre Davis as Sara Harvey and Huw James Collins as Dr. Rollins.

3. New intro - After years of using the same intro which features the song "Secrets" by artist The Pierces, "Pretty Little Liars" will return with a brand new intro for the series. Showrunner I. Marlene King confirmed the news via Twitter writing, "Fun new intro when we come back in January. Everyone gets a turn to shhh. @almighty_harold."

4. Other episode details - "Of Late I Think of Rosewood" is a reference to the fourth season episode "Of Late I Think of Cliffordville" of the "The Twilight Zone." The episode will be directed by Ron Lagomarsino and written by executive producer Joseph Dougherty, which will serve as Dougherty's third writing credit of the sixth season.

5. First four minutes revealed! - The first four minutes of the winter premiere have been revealed by ABC Family. In the video we see the familiar hallways of Rosewood High and hear the voices of our beloved protagonist. We then see a classroom full of students and the teacher is none other than Alison (Sasha Pieterse). We then learn that a court hearing for Cece is coming and Alison needs to see her girls before that happens. Each girl is sent a letter explaining this and we get a glimpse of where each character is in life.

There was a bit of controvery when the clip was released because of Spencer's (Troian Bellisario) scene, which was "obviously too fake" for fans. Spencer is seen in Washington D.C. but the green screen work is shotty at best. But lucky for us the scene will be reshot to appease fans. According to Movie News Guide executive producer Lisa Cochran-Neilan revealed that the team would indeed reshoot the scene to make it more realistic. Check it out for yourself below:
