‘Pretty Little Liars’ Season 5 Spoilers: Hanna, Spencer Scene In 100th Episode Reveals Big Series Mystery!

“Pretty Little Liars” is returning this summer for Season 5 and with the new season comes a momentous TV milestone. The series will be celebrating its 100th episode during Season 5, and rather early on with the still untitled episode 5. Even though the 100th installment of “Pretty Little Liars” is a ways off, we have some juicy spoilers and even specific details on scenes to except! The 100th episode will feature a scene between Spencer and Hanna, who although being two of the four “Pretty Little Liars” and obviously best friends, and pretty much polar opposites. The pair rarely ends up investigating “A” together, and therefore hasn’t had much one on one screen time together. However, that is about to change in Season 5, and it has “Hencer” fans over the moon.

Show runner Marlene King took to Twitter to discuss some details of the forthcoming episode, which she is writing the script for. Apparently writer’s block is not bothering King who tweeted, “I just wrote my first #Hencer scene. How could it have taken so long? #PLL100.” Even though it was initially shocking that King just wrote her first exchange between Spencer and Hanna in Season 5, after more consideration, it seems more plausible. First off, King serves mainly as show runner for PLL, however her role as writer has significantly increased as the series progresses. In addition, Spencer and Hanna don’t really have many scenes without either Emily or Aria present; Spencer and Aria normally pair up as does Emily and Hanna. So fans of the series should anticipate some new relationships to be developed within the tight knit Liars in Season 5, starting with Spencer and Hanna.

However that won’t be the only new relationship on “Pretty Little Liars.” Caleb will be returning to Rosewood in episode 5, and word on the Rosewood street is that a blonde other than Hanna has caught his eye. “Pretty Little Liars” fans will be shocked to know that Ali is rumored to come between Caleb and Hanna in Season 5, even so far that Caleb and Ali are set to have “chemistry.” And the chemistry they shared may just be the tip of the Ali and Caleb relationship, because they might actually share a kiss! Say it isn’t so! “Pretty Little Liars” writer Bryan Holdman recently revealed the possible rift between Ali and Hanna, tweeting, “Ali and Caleb, sittin' in a tree. K-I-S-S-I-N-G…”

If the drama set to unfold during episode 5 is already making you dizzy, then you should sit down because Marlene also revealed that the 100th episode will feature one of “Pretty Little Liars” biggest reveals yet! "We're planning that episode right now, and I'm going to write the script," Marlene told The Hollywood Reporter. "We hope that it's emotionally epic for us. There will be a big reveal: One of our mysteries that we've had for a long time on the show will be revealed in the 100th." There are so many mysteries on the TV series, it’s hard to pin point what exactly the 100th episode will expose, but fans are set for a wild Season 5 ride!
