'Pretty Little Liars’ Christmas Episode Spoilers: Will Paige And Emily Get Back Together For The Holiday Special?

For the last 4 seasons “Pretty Little Liars” has treated it’s fans to spooky Halloween episodes, they are normally one of the most highly anticipated episodes of the season and tend to leave fans not only terrified but shocked following a huge reveal. And while, admittedly as a dedicated “Pretty Little Liars” fan, I am sad to see the Halloween episode go, I am so excited for the special that is coming in Season 5! As opposed to the Halloween themed episode, “Pretty Little Liars” will be having their first ever Christmas special and fans are dying to see the holiday-themed episode.

Showrunner and resident spoiler provider, Marlene King has already revealed some pretty exciting aspects set to occur in the Christmas episode. In addition to the news that she, herself, will write and direct the episode; King revealed that Ezra, who is slowly but surely on the mend after receiving a gun shot wound in the Season 4 finale, will be sporting Christmas boxers. Following a steamy Ezria sex scene in the 100^th, fans should prepare for even more come the holidays!

And considering a recent tweet and picture from King, fans can assume that Ezra and Aria is not the only couple in Rosewood getting in to the holiday spirit. King tweeted a behind the scenes photo of Lindsay Shaw, who portrays Shaw in character as Paige, the current ex-girlfriend of Emily, looking particularly festive. The photo shows Paige dressed in obvious winter gear, of a red plaid scarf paired with a festive green vest. The photo is captioned “Guilty of having fun on set this morning.@ladymshawsters.” Does this mean good news for Paily?

While admittedly Emily and Paige seem miles apart in their relationship, they did share some sweet moments in the 100^th episode. But following the bonding, and the movie, it seemed like Paily took a huge step backwards after Emily and Alison’s impromptu sleepover. The two friends exchanged a passionate kiss during their sleepover, and Ali finally admitted that she too has feelings for Emily. But Alison’s recent lies have left Emily and the others Liars confused and conflicted; could Ali’s dishonesty will eventually drive Emily back into Paige arms? One last note, Marlene’s caption “guilty of having fun” doesn’t leave much to the imagination, only one would leave Paige looking so happy and healthy for the holidays—reuniting with Emily.
