It's almost unbelievable how fast 2017 went by. A couple more days and we'll be ringing in 2018! With the start of the New Year, the traditional activity is to make a resolution, a promise that you will be better version of yourself in the coming year.
Typical resolutions include eating healthy, exercising, finding better job prospects, engaging in stimulating hobbies, spending more time with kids or parents, all of these resolutions come with typically unrealistic expectations that soon fall to the wayside by February!
