New Bombshell Book Claims Prince William, Kate Middleton Didn’t Give Meghan Recognition She Deserved

Prince William and Kate Middleton refused to give Meghan Markle the recognition she deserved, claimed a new bombshell book written by former BBC journalist Tom Bower.

The 40-year-old Duchess of Sussex reportedly believed she was qualified for more generosity from William and his wife, Kate, according to the new book "Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors." Bower wrote, "Meghan felt William and Kate were failing to offer the recognition and generosity she deserved." He also added how Meghan "hated the comparisons" with the Duchess of Cambridge.

The book is receiving a massive amount of attention ahead of its release on Thursday. The book is said to make more revelations surrounding the British Royal household. Bower, 75, reportedly focused on issues between Meghan, William and Kate. The writer also alleges that Meghan was angry with Buckingham Palace officials after they failed to protect her public image. The author additionally claimed that Meghan refused to accept the fact that staff were not employed to promote her as an individual.

The biographer also wrote about Queen Elizabeth telling one of her most trusted staff members that she was relieved that Meghan was not attending Prince Philip’s funeral. The funeral happened on April 17, 2021--just one month after Harry and Meghan's bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey.

Among the topics included in "Revenge: Meghan, Harry and the War Between the Windsors," serialized in The Sun, Bower added how Meghan had been "ecstatic" when she was invited to appear on the front cover of Vanity Fair's September 2017 issue. "After the agency's years of struggle to get Meghan noticed, Vanity Fair's approach proved that her relationship with Harry was priceless. For Meghan, the news was electrifying."

Meghan "hysterically" described Buckingham Palace's fury after her interview which appeared with the headline "Wild About Harry." "Meghan's unprecedented brazenness took Buckingham Palace by surprise - and electrified the British media," Bower wrote. "Within hours, Meghan called Ken Sunshine and Keleigh Thomas Morgan. Hysterically, she described Buckingham Palace's fury at 'Wild About Harry'."
