Daiquiri
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Zacapa 23 Centenario Rum
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Simple Syrup
Lime wheel
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well and strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel.
Zacapa Manhattan
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Zacapa 23 Centenario Rum
0.75 oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients in a glass with ice. Stir well until chilled and strain into a coupe glass.
Old Fashioned
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Zacapa 23 Centenario Rum
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Sugar Cube
Splash of Water
Orange Twist
PREPARATION
Combine bitters, sugar cube, and a splash of water into a rocks glass and stir to combine. Add Zacapa 23 and large ice cube to glass and stir. Garnish with an orange twist.

0.75 oz Fresh Lemon Juice

PREPARATION

Zegroni
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Zacapa 23 Centenario Rum
0.75 oz Italian Vermouth
0.75 oz Italian Herbal Aperitif
Orange Twist
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients except orange twist in a rocks glass with ice. Stir gently and garnish with an orange twist.
