Meghan Markle Does THIS On Ungodly Hours!

Meghan Markle wakes at 4:30AM. That’s not even morning, technically. And for a royal, which most people expect to wake up at least at 8, this is just mind-boggling. What she does on this ungodly hour is even more admirable.

Markle is said to be an early riser, since forever. Even though she has become a Duchess, she continued this strict routine and her wake-up ritual.

According to Express UK, Markle wakes up ahead of most people’s alarm clock and start her day energetically. THis is probably why she does not appear to be struggling that much with taking care of her newborn.

Why does she need to wake up this early though? The report claims that the former “Suits” star takes after her yoga instructor mom Doria Ragland and does yoga at this ungodly hour. While there are so many yoga enthusiasts out there with strong discipline, it is quite rare for them to wake up this early just to do it. They do not even have the heavy workload of a royal, so kudos to the actress-turned-duchess.

This is not the first time that Markle was reported to be a morning person. She herself shared this fact about herself well before she married Prince Harry and become a royal family member. On her lifestyle blog, THe Tig, which is now closed down, Markle described mornings as having the ability to set “the tone for our day ahead.” She even have a wake up playlist! Who does that?

“Turn these tracks on as you’re getting ready in the morning, when you need a mid-afternoon pick-me-up, or during your next evening celebration,” she wrote a the time.

She described her happy moods during mornings quite poetically too. ““Because when the air is filled with positive vibes, there’s no winter cold that can block out the warmth of happy hearts,” she said.

What makes the whole thing even more amazing is that she has all this energy even though she does not drink tea or coffee to start the day. Most people cannot function without at least two cups.

According to Vanity Fair, the royal is on official duty once 5AM hits. She’s sending emails at that time.
