A Russian actress died after she was swept out to sea by a powerful wave while doing yoga on a rocky beach in Thailand.
Kamilla Belyatskaya, 24, was recorded by onlookers doing yoga on a pink mat in the Gulf of Thailand moments before she was swept away to her death in a tragic incident on Friday.
"A terrible tragedy. She sat on the rock for a long time. At some point, I turned away, and a second later I saw that the girl had been carried away by a wave," a witness told the Rossiyskaya Gazeta, a state-owned newspaper in Russia.
"Her boyfriend was sitting much higher than she was. As soon as that happened, we ran to the Thais to call for help," the witness continued.

The witness added that the actress made a futile attempt to swim back to shore, reportedly "screaming with the last of her strength and staying on her back."
Rescue missions were delayed since equipment had been moved inside in preparation of the powerful storm that brought monsoon season weather conditions to the area. Red glad were flying to warn visitors not to avoid going near the water, as reported by Metro.
Over the weekend, Belyatskaya's body was found a mile away from where the incident occurred.
