It seems when "Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." returns to ABC in March we will see new faces! "Battlestar Galactica's" Edward James Olmos will join the cast as a mysterious new Marvel character.

Olmos will play Robert Gonzales, whose debut this spring in “Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.” will have massive repercussions for Director Coulson and his team. The name Robert Gonzales doesn't ring any bells for any Marvel character we know so it'll be a treat to find out exactly what his role is in the show.

“Edward James Olmos brings an amazing gravitas to any role he inhabits, something we knew we needed for Robert Gonzales,” executive producer Jeph Loeb says. “When Olmos first appears on our series, everyone will have to take notice–including our favorite Agents.”

"Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D." returns on Tuesday, March 3 at 9:00 p.m. ET on ABC. It's joined by "Daredevil" on Netflix on 10 April, then on the big screen "Avengers: Age of Ultron" in May and "Ant-Man" in July.
