Marjorie De Sousa has had it! The 35-year-old actress let the media know how she feels every time she is romantically linked to her male co-stars and friends just for hanging out with them.
“I am tired of those people who think I’m easy. I’m not one of those,” the Venezuelan bombshell told reporters. “Men come and go but I have yet to find the one. First I have to admire my lover and then I can devote myself to him,” she continued.
De Sousa added that she is currently focusing on her career but she would love to have a special someone to share her success with. She also confessed she does see marriage in the future; especially after experiencing her brother’s wedding last year. But in the mean time, she will continue to explore her options.
The “Por Qué Los Hombres Aman A Las Cabronas” star was severly criticized last month after a Mexican publication allegedly altered an “innocent beach wrestling match” involving her co-star in the play, Gabriel Soto.
“She is dealing with the worst part, receiving insults from here to there,” Gabriel Soto’s wife Geraldine Bazán said during an interview with Telemundo’s “Suelta La Sopa.” “Maybe because she is not Mexican, she doesn’t know that Mexico, whatever the case is, is a country based on values,” she concluded.
The telenovela star put an end to the rumors as soon as the news broke and stated, “I’m not that stupid, please! I have no need to go to a public beach with a married man and mess around.”
In the past 9 months, Marjorie has faced relationship rumors involving Adrián Uribe, José Manuel Figueroa, Checo Pérez, and Gabriel Soto.
De Sousa was last seen on “Hasta El Fin Del Mundo” but recent reports suggest she could be heading back to Univision’s prime time in the next few months. Sources revealed the actress is one of the three starlets being considered to form a love triangle between Esperanza (Betty Monroe) and Ricardo (Cristián De La Fuente) in Juan Osorio’s telenovela “Sueño De Amor.” Stay tuned!
