For the third time in less than two months, Lindsay Lohan is back in the news.
TMZ has learned that Lohan and her mother Dina Lohan were involved in a "blowout" after partying it up at New York City's Manhattan's Electric Room nightclub at the Dream Hotel.
According to TMZ, the mother-daughter duo left the club at around 4 a.m. to head back to their Long Island home.
TMZ said Dina was "wasted" and the argument became physical. According to reports, Lohan got a cut on her leg and some property was damaged.
The fight ended with a call to 911.
According to E! News, police conducted an investigation and determined a verbal argument had occurred between Lindsay and her mom Dina.
No criminality and arrests were made.
In mid-September, Lohan, 26, was arrested when she allegedly hit a pedestrian with her Porsche outside a New York City nightclub. No charges were filed and it was later revealed that the "hit" was orchestrated by the alleged victim.
Earlier this month, Lohan said she was assaulted by a man she met - 26 year-old Christian LaBella - at a night club after inviting him back to her W Hotel Union Square room. Sources said Lohan took LaBella's cell phone in an attempt to delete pictures and video of her partying. LaBella was arrested and charged with two misdemeanor counts of assault and two counts of harassment. The NYPD dropped the charges because of inconclusive evidence and Lohan refused to seek medical help.
