Lamar Odom Claims He’s Moved On From Khloe Kardashian Amid ‘Fake’ Relationship Rumors

Lamar Odom recently revealed that he has already moved on from his ex-wife, Khloe Kardashian. After all, he’s already dating someone new.

On “Dish Nation,” Odom sat down with his girlfriend Sabrina Parr, a personal trainer and life coach, for an interview. Host Gary Hayes asked Odom what makes their relationship different from his previous one, and the basketball player said that Parr is a black woman.

“When a black woman comes along, ain’t playing,” Hayes joked. “Oh no, I was not playing at all,” Parr replied. “Yeah, she keeps it real,” agreed Odom.

Prior to making their relationship public, Odom was accused of lying about the real status of his love life. Critics thought that he was lying when he said that he was with Parr simply because he previously declared that he wants to get back together with Kardashian.

After Odom uploaded a photo with his new girlfriend on Instagram, a source told People that their relationship was fake. “They are not dating,” the source said. “There is nothing romantic going on with Sabrina and Lamar,” the source added.

But Odom and Parr stepped out in the hopes of finally silencing the rumors. In fact, the couple actually looked madly in love with each other. Odom said that he thinks his pain attracted Parr to him even though she was aware that he had a highly publicized breakup years earlier.

But Parr said that this wasn’t the case. “You have to meet people where they are,” she said. “He was never in a position to be someone’s husband, you know? He was sick, he needed to heal, he needed to grieve. He experienced a lot of losses. And he never had time to go through that.”

The life coach added that she thinks she had the necessary tool to help Odom during the darkest moments of his life. Odom also said that he felt that the timing was right, so he finally decided to go to therapy after his struggles with drugs, alcohol and sex addiction, as well as his split from Kardashian.

Kardashian and Odom started dating in August 2009. Just one month later, they decided to tie the knot. The couple divorced in 2016.
