Kim Kardashian Leaves Hotel For 'SNL' With Ex Kanye West, Roasts Own Divorce Blaming His 'Personality' During Monologue

Beauty mogul Kim Kardashian spent her entire week in New York City prepping up for her high-pressure guest appearance as the host of "Saturday Night Live" this weekend and was spotted leaving the same hotel before sharing a ride with ex-husband Kanye West on Saturday.

The news comes amid talks of the two trying to get back together but an insider would clarify that Kardashian, 40, reached out to Ye for advice after the rapper, 44, himself performed on SNL multiple times, according to ELLE.

“Kim has consulted with Kanye and asked for feedback," the source said, noting the gig meant late nights and rehearsals for the SKIMS founder. "She values his opinion creatively and artistically. They've talked about some different ideas and he has been very supportive.”

The "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" alum had also reportedly sought the assistance of her comedian friends to get ready for her "SNL" hosting duties. She was seen exiting a New York City hotel with West as they boarded the same car just hours before arriving at the SNL studio.

During the show opening on Oct. 9, Kim proudly introduced herself as “Kim Kardashian West '' with onlookers claiming they saw the ex-flames “waving and making eyes at each other” while she was onstage, Page Six noted.

“I've been very blessed in this life, and I'm grateful for everything, honestly, all the ups, all the downs,” Kardashian shared during the "SNL" monologue. “I mean, I married the best rapper of all time. Not only that, he's the richest Black man in America, a talented, legit genius, who gave me four incredible kids."

"So when I divorced him, you have to know it came down to just one thing: his personality," she added while she claims her remarks are genuine amid hosting the award-winning ensemble known for its comedic skits and satirical acts.

Amid recent rumors suggesting the hotshots have reunited, Kimye was spotted having lunch together ahead of Kanye's third listening party for "Donda." It would be followed by another dinner with friends at Nobu in Malibu nine months after putting an end to their seven-year marriage.

Since their divorce in February, Kanye lived a separate life in Wyoming and remained amicable to Kim, who stayed with North, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm in California as they share custody of their four kids, according to the BBC.
