Multiple sources claim Kanye West's new song from "DONDA" has an intriguing message. He allegedly used the lyrcis to corroborate that he had previously treated Kim Kardashian harshly.
According to Page Six, the Grammy Award-winning producer cheated on Kim Kardashian after she gave birth to her first two children. Ine insider, the words to his latest album's song "Hurricane," became "his testimony" in some way.
They went on to say that the song appeared to be a place for him to confess his mistakes and take responsibility for their "marriage breakdown."
They said the charges of cheating were based on the lyrics.
"Here I go actin' too rich / Here I go with a new chick / And I know what the truth is / Still playin' after two kids / It's a lot to digest when your life always movin'."
Despite suspicions, sources claim the "new chick" described in the lyrics was not Irina Shayk.
"If you look closer to the lyrics he is referring to his infidelity during his marriage with Kim, even after two kids," they explained.
There was also a part where West goes:
"Architectural Digest, but I needed home improvement / Sixty-million-dollar home, never went home to it."
Aside from the deceitful lyrics, the song claimed that Ye had never returned to their multimillion-dollar property and revealed that she was battling alcoholism.
"Genius gone clueless, it's a whole lot to risk / Alcohol anonymous, who's the busiest loser?"
This is "in a way [Kanye's] testimony of everything he did wrong and his apology and taking accountability," a source told PEOPLE.
Despite the two's openly admitted infidelity, sources indicated that it was never the final straw for Kim. As a result, the ex-couple had two additional children before divorcing.
The 40-year-old Kardashian's marriage to the "Yeezy" creator was reported to be over in early January. She said the move "all for the sake of their children" and "for her sanity."
After seven years of marriage, the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star filed for divorce in February, Vanity Fair said. Cosmopolitan, citing TMZ's report, said Kim asked for joint legal and physical custody of their four children, North, Saint, Chicago, three, and Psalm, one.
Despite their divorce, the founders of "KKW Beauty" and "SKIMS" have publicly supported West since the "Donda" had his listening party and tour, despite the fact that it was on mute, another Cosmopolitan report wrote.
