Kim Kardashian, Kanye West Spotted With Baby North! Family Heads To Doctor's Office In First Sighting Since Birth

Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and baby North have been spotted for the first time in an "official" family outing since the baby's birth June 15.

This time, the family was photographed by TMZ heading to the doctor's office on Wednesday, accompanied by Nori's nanny.

What's shocking about this rare sighting, was not the fact that the rapper, his reality TV baby mama, and their offspring actually looked like a real, normal family without all the Hollywood glitz and glamour, but the fact that Kanye was seen constantly smiling, standing behind his girls.

Also, Kim, who has been hiding from the spotlight until she recovers her curvaceous but lean body, looked great after only two months of giving birth, and although was sporting a very baggy shirt, we can tell the super strict diet and exercise regime are totally working out because it looks like she's lost a lot of the baby weight.

Although this is the first time the West-Kardashians step out together, there's still no clue how Baby North looks, as she was completely covered with a blanket while being carried in a baby carrier by the nanny.
