Prior to her passing, Ivana Trump carried out her last wishes. In fact, she added an unexpected name to the list.

Trump abruptly passed away this week after weeks of his health worsening. She had blunt impact injuries to her torso, which led to her death, it was later determined.

The former first lady finished writing her last will before passing away and included her cherished dog, Tiger, in it.

According to a report, Donald Trump's ex-wife intended to give millions to Tiger in her will. She shares a home with the dog and Dorothy, her devoted assistant.

"Tiger was her best friend. She loved that dog," a family source told RadarOnline.com. "Tiger was always getting under her feet and snapping at everyone but her. Ivana didn't care."

The news source also suggested that those who wished to honor Trump's life could donate to a dog rescue instead of sending flowers. Before she passed away, she reportedly liked animals more than people.

According to a top New York City official from the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner, she died due to blunt force trauma to her torso. CNBC mentioned that the injuries may have been caused by a fall down the stairs.

Experts also viewed Donald Trump's ex-wife's demise as an accident rather than a suspicious death.

"Having released this determination, OCME will not comment further on the investigation," the spokesperson said.

The confirmation followed a call about a woman who had a cardiac attack on Thursday at 12:30 p.m. local time from the New York City Fire Department's paramedics, News.com.au reported.

They went right away to the residence she lived in. Trump was discovered motionless and unconscious at the foot of her apartment's steps. Later, she was declared deceased.

Zach Erdem, a close friend who spoke to The New York Post and was later quoted by The Daily Beast, said the former first lady had not been feeling well for weeks prior to her passing. Due to her health concerns, particularly the mobility issue brought on by a different hip condition, the owner of 75 Main had also been unable to leave her home.
