Last week some alleged photos popped up online showing off Apple’s upcoming 4.7 and 5.5-inch iPhone 6. The leaked pictures listed the dimensions of the two smartphones as well as the shape of the devices casing. It is still unsure if these are legitimate pictures of Apple’s next iPhone iteration. Check out the diagram below.
Since the leak, concept designer Martin Hajek rendered a few images of what the device may look like based on the schematics. Hajek’s designs fall in line with the rumors surrounding the next iPhone. The pictures show a much slimmer iPhone, bezel free but with the same keys.
According to Geek It has also been rumored that Apple will use the tag “Ultra Regina” to describe the displays on the iPhone 6 due to a 389ppi resolution.
It is rumored that the device will be announced at WWDC 2014 with a predicted release date this fall. If the designs are real then fans may not be excited for the next iPhone. While it is a new design it’s not incredibly different or unique. Perhaps these are not the final schematics of the iPhone 6 and Apple will step it up this year.
