Gabriel Soto Had A Child With Woman He Had An Affair With? Actor Slams Publication

Gabriel Soto continues to be the center of controversy and gossip magazine TVNotas published a piece that notes the actor has another child, product of an affair. The tabloid reports that this occurred during the production of the telenovela "La Fuerza Del Destino" back in 2011. Soto allegedly cheated on Geraldine Bazán with a makeup artist during the project and they had a baby.

Soto has denied the claims and is slamming the report in a tweet online. "Please stop publishing speculations and information with no basis, falsehoods and defamations," he wrote on the social network. "Stop the lies that destroy, discredit and cause harm to an irreversible morale."

Veronica, name of the makeup artist, has broken her silence and talked to "El Gordo y La Flaca" about her relationship with Soto. "Yes, I met him because we worked together during the taping of 'La Fuerza Del Destino,' but I didn't have a relationship with him," she said. Verónica also denied that her daughter is Soto's and there was no need to practice a DNA test as there was no doubt.

After weeks of speculation, Gabriel Soto confirmed that he was divorcing his wife Geraldine Bazán after not being able to work out their differences. "Four months ago I started the separation process of the relationship I held for many years with my wife and the mother of my daughters, Geraldine Bazán," the presser says. "Even though we tried, a while ago, our relationship started fracturing."

"This decision has nothing to do with a third party, but it is precise to clear up that the consequences that were caused after I was involved in a story that I have rectified on all the occasions that I had the opportunity and I repeat again: I HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH IT," he continued. "This process has been hard and difficult on both sides, I expect to go through it with respect, discretion, care and love to preserve the well-being and the harmony of our daughters that are our priority. All the situations in the life of a couple are absolutely between two people. This is why I ask and I thank all the press and people in advance, your profound comprehension and RESPECT for this situation."

Bazán has not talked about the reason behind her divorce, but has addressed the issue and expressed how she has felt during the process. "I want to share with all of you this complicated situation in my life," she shared in a YouTube video. "I simply want to thank everyone who has been concerned, all the kindness, thank my mother, my brother, my whole family, all those friends that have been close, all my followers, and all the press that have asked how I've been. Really grateful for your concern and your well wishes.

In relation to her split from the telenovela heartthrob she said: "How do I feel? Well I think as anyone person, man or woman, that is going through a process like this, a divorce process is difficult in many aspects. Of course it's complicated, it's hard, it's sad, especially when you bet everything for a family, for a relationship and you do everything for love and in the end, things don't work out. I am not the only woman that has gone or will go through this in the world or in Mexico."
