Brooklyn Beckham and Nicola Peltz's are readying for their wedding as the couple reportedly has set the date. The lovebirds who got engaged after just a few months of dating have finally decided to tie the knot on April 9.
According to the Mirror, the wedding ceremony will be held at the sprawling Florida estate of Peltz’s billionaire parents. Guests will be hosted in their 27-bed Florida estate mansion that sits across the wealthy outskirts of New York called Bedford. Peltz’s businessman father, Nelson, was said to have fought a five-year battle in the ’90s with his elite neighbors who complained of the noise coming from his daily helicopter commute to his New York office.
Should the couple grow tired of the Big Apple weather, they can always hang out in their 44,000 sq ft home in Palm Beach, Florida said to be one of the most expensive homes in that area.
Media reports have also confirmed that Vogue will have exclusive rights to cover the nuptials. Other details of the highly anticipated wedding have been ironed out to the smallest detail as the star-studded guest list reflects the couple’s rise to style royalty.
The 27-year-old blushing bride has long been rumored to be dressed by her groom’s designer mother Victoria Beckham, but gossip talks said Peltz had her heart set on wearing two fairytale Valentino wedding gowns on her big day. "Nicola flew to Rome with her stylist for wedding dress fittings, and has plumped for two fairytale Valentino numbers," the insider said.
Victoria had designed the bride’s engagement dress and is said to be fully supportive of her soon-to-be daughter-in-law’s wedding gown decision. However, it is highly likely that a Victoria Beckham number will grace the reception before the evening comes to an end.
David Beckham, 46, is also reported to be acting as the Master of Ceremonies.
So far security detail has been assigned to each side of the family to keep everyone safe and ward off unwanted guests. All phones will be banned on site and taking photos to be posted on social media will not be allowed.
It was in June 2020 when Brooklyn popped the question as he expressed hopes of tying the knot the following year. But Covid restrictions forced the couple to push plans back to a later date.
