Many anime fans are still wondering what is coming up next for "Attack on Titan," especially after the events of a certain female titan. Many of the rumors online suggest fans will see an official release date for season two of "Attack on Titan" sometime July 2014. According to Rocket News 24, the anime series producer Wit Studio had already confirmed the upcoming launch date for "Attack on Titan" season two while GMANetwork, Otaku House, reported that the series will launch July 2014. Though no specific date was given.
"Attack on Titan" is one of the most popular anime series in mainstream media today. Guardian Liberty Voice described the series as the "Game of Thrones" in the anime world and we completely agree. The story for both shows is based on a "fantasy world that still contains many recognizable elements and revolves around a theme of nihilism." And even more Guardian Liberty Voice points out that "Perhaps most importantly both are shows based on written works where no character is ever safe, no matter how central to the plot."
Meanwhile fans can look forward to two film compilations for "Attack on Titan." The first part titled "Attack on Titan Part I: Crimson Bow And Arrow" will have a winter 2014 release, while the second film dubbed "Attack on Titan Part II: Wings of Freedom" will be available 2015. It is said director Araki Tetsuro will be producing both the anime-primarily based AOT films.
Furthermore, director Shinji Higuchi has been said to be focusing on the live action "Attack on Titan" film since 2012 and it is expected to arrive in theaters sometime in 2015. Rumors say the lead actor playing Eren Jaeger will be portrayed by Haruma Miura although that has not but been confirmed.
As of now all of this is just a rumor but we will keep you updated on all things "Attack on Titan" when they are revealed!
