WWE superstar Jimmy Uso was arrested back in July for a DUI charge but it appears some things went down most never knew about.
That includes Uso, known in real life as Jonathan Fatu, calling the Pensacola Police officer an a**hole for comments said to him shortly after he was pulled over.
In a report from TMZ, the cop pulled Uso over for running a red light and speeding. But when the 36-year-old was asked to exit from his Dodge Charger, an odor of booze was noticed.
Uso was made to undergo a sobriety test to which the officer allegedly wished him good luck in passing the field sobriety test.
"I'm hoping you beat it this time, too," the cop said.
The comment ticked off Uso and led him to react to it.
"Are you serious?!" Uso asked the cop. "Are you serious?! Why would you say that? I just -- it's all good."
Uso was taken to a nearby parking lot to prove his sobriety. However, the WWE star was still miffed with the comment and confronted the officer.
"You're an a***hole," Uso said. "You're the one that's worse. You had a remark -- you made a remark you shouldn't have did."
In the end, the cop tried to apologize. However, the officer claimed that Uso failed the sobriety tests and arrested him for DUI.
Uso, who cops say ultimately blew a .202 and .205 during the arrest, was eventually charged with misdemeanor DUI over the incident. According to court records, he cut a deal with prosecutors earlier this month to close out the case.
Fatu also pleaded no contest to the charge.
Part of the agreement with Uso was for him to complete several courses related to the incident. Those classes were reportedly already completed earlier this year.
