Cats are often percieved as timid beings, who'd rather flee a scene than confront an attacker in most scenarios. But, not all cats are pussies (pun unintended).
This Australian kitty, for instance, made headlines for her feisty act- taking on a python in a Coral Cove Garden, Queensland! The battle, albeit scary in some parts, raised eyebrows for a good reason - chomping more than half of a snake!
The cat in question, which belongs to Olga Geurts’s neighbor, was videographed swatting at the snake with its paws in the video that went viral on Facebook. “We found a part of that snake the next morning,” said Geurts to Storyful. As per the recent report, Guerts further revealed that the feline ate the majority of the snake. “I presume the cat had no injuries, otherwise he wouldn’t have had an appetite to eat the snake,” she added.
In another pleasantly strange incident, as reported by Buzz60's Mercer Morrison, a brave military dog was awarded some top dog valor for displaying unusual courage while being confronted with danger. The doggie sprang into action and barrelled through gunfire in Al-Qaeda to rescue British Soldiers.
