Why Princess Eugenie And Princess Beatrice Are Rumored To Dislike Meghan Markle

Kate Middleton is not the only royal family member rumored to have a feud with Meghan Markle. Prince Andrew’s daughters, Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice, also reportedly have a royal squabble with the Duchess of Sussex, and they may have the most valid reasons for feeling that way toward the duchess.

Princess Eugenie’s bad blood with Meghan allegedly started when she had to wait to tie the knot with Jack Brooksbank to give way to Prince Harry and Meghan’s wedding. According to reports, Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank were set to be engaged by the end of 2016, but they had to put off their plans until January 2018 because it was royal protocol to let her famous cousin marry first.

As a future bride excited to announce her engagement, being forced to let Prince Harry have the spotlight was tough for Princess Eugenie. After Meghan popped into the scene, Princess Eugenie felt like her engagement suddenly became an afterthought.

Princess Eugenie also reportedly hated the Duchess of Sussex for choosing St. George’s Chapel at Windsor Castle for their wedding venue since it was Princess Eugenie who wanted that venue first. While Eugenie didn’t admit it to the press, many believe she had some resentment toward Prince Harry and Meghan for that.

The worst came when Meghan formally announced her pregnancy with Prince Harry right at Princess Eugenie’s wedding. Princess Eugenie allegedly found it tacky and selfish of Meghan to take the spotlight away from her on her big day, knocking her off the front pages of tabloids.

Princess Eugenie reportedly expected to be on the front page of tabloids the day after her wedding. But it was Meghan who appeared because everyone got too caught up in excitement following her baby announcement.

Just like her sister, Princess Beatrice reportedly took an early dislike for Meghan. She allegedly hated the amount of attention she got from the media before she even married into their family. Reports of a feud between Princess Beatrice and Meghan spiked after Meghan didn’t invite her to her baby shower in New York earlier this year.

It remains unknown if reports of a royal squabble involving Meghan, Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie are true, but one thing is for sure. Meghan doesn’t share a close relationship with Prince Harry’s female cousins.
