Which Kardashian-Jenner Family Member Went To Jail? It’s Not Scott Disick!

The Kardashian-Jenner clan is one of the most famous families in the business, with hundreds of millions following their every move on social media. But not everything the “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” stars do is glamorous as one family member actually went to jail for DUI.

Surprisingly, it’s not Kourtney’s ex-husband, Scott Disick. Sure he has been known for some questionable behavior, such as shoving a $100 bill down a poor waiter’s throat on KUWTK Season 4. But to his credit, he still hasn’t been arrested for any of his actions.

It’s actually Kim’s younger sister, Khloe Kardashian, who was arrested for driving under the influence back in 2007, according to CheatSheet. Initially, she only got three years of probation, but things got worse when she violated probation.

Kardashian was sentenced to 30 days in jail in 2008 for failing to enroll in an alcohol education class, as well as for failing to complete her roadside cleanup duty. “Khloe is ready and willing to serve out her sentence, no matter how long and where, and have this resolved,” her rep told People.

But her actual jail time was a lot shorter than 30 days. Kardashian, who checked into the Lynwood, California, facility at 10:36 a.m. on July 18, 2008, was released at 1:29 p.m. on the same day.

This meant that Khloe only served less than three hours of her 30-day sentence due to the facility’s overcrowding. The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department “has an early-release policy for nonviolent offenders due to overcrowding.”

Khloe’s ordeal was even covered on KUWTK first season. In that episode, Kris Jenner and Kim were seen accompanying Khloe to the facility.

However, Kris was not exactly happy with her older daughter as she does not appear to be too supportive of her younger sister. On the car ride on the way to jail, Kim was busy snapping selfies using her phone’s camera.

“Kim, would you stop taking pictures of yourself?” Kris scolded her. “Your sister’s going to jail.”

While going to jail is indeed not something to be laughed at, the family now finds the incident funny a few years later. Back in 2016, Kim posted some of the photos she took when Khloe was on the way to jail to serve her sentence.

“I recently found the selfies from years ago when Khloé went to jail!” Kim wrote on her site. “Had to share them with you guys because they are SO funny and I still can’t believe this happened. Good thing I took some selfies to document the moment when we went to bail her out LOL! Love you, Khloé!!!”
