A video of a security guard at Wireless Festival appearing to slap a woman to the ground after she seemed to attack him has gone viral on the internet.
The video, which has gathered more than 187,000 views on Twitter, begins with the party-goer in a pink top appearing to lash out at the guard in a high-vis jacket at the festival in Crystal Palace Park, London.
Another security guard can be seen wrestling with another partygoer on the ground as the scenes unfold.
The video shows the woman attempting to kick the man away from the person pinned to the ground.
The woman falls to the ground as two more people join the scuffle – one appearing to kick one of the guards while the other confronted the second worker.
That’s when one of the guards gets back on his feet before apparently slapping the woman so hard that she falls to the ground.
A huge crowd witnessing the scenes lets out a shout and groan as the "slap" forces the woman onto the floor, where she remains unresponsive.
The London Wireless Festival stages the performance of hip-hop and other urban artists perform, with this year including huge names such as Drake, Skepta, and Future.
The viral video of the security guard slapping the woman wasn’t the only controversial moment from the party.
American rapper ‘ A Boogie With Da Hoodie’ was arrested before he was due to perform on Saturday afternoon. The hip-hop star, whose real name is Julius Dubose, had to be taken off the bill.
“Smh sorry to everyone who came out to see me at Wireless," the rapper wrote online.
"London police locked me up before I went on stage for something I was accused of 2 years ago."
“I’m OK and I’ll try my best to make it up to you guys.”
Another viral video from India showed a young boy effortlessly sitting in a pot of boiling oil.
In the 30-second clip, a little boy can be seen calmly sitting with folded hands inside a large pot of oil placed on the fire.
"This is 2021 India," tweeted user @iSandeepBisht while sharing the viral clip, which has now garnered over one lakh views.
While the onlookers in the video seem both shocked and amazed by the stunt, netizens were quick to notice the trick and call the video fake.
"The Water boils evenly on every side. Watch the flowers on the backside and left-right don't even move? The bottom of Pot shud be enough thick not to let heat in easily. A pump has been used in front to make the water look like boiling. India 2021 Still fooling People," a netizen wrote.
