Tonight "Grey's Anatomy" returns to ABC for its 11th season! The premiere titled, "I Must Have Lost it on the Wind" will be the first show to premiere in Shonda Rhimes' Thursday night lineup. The premiere of "Grey's" is sure to bring the drama as Meredith (Ellen Pompeo) has to make some tough decisions regarding work and her personal life. "With Cristina (Sandra Oh) gone, a new doctor, Maggie Pierce (Kelly McCreary), making the rounds and Derek (Patrick Dempsey) wanting to move to Washington DC, Meredith struggles to regain a sense of normalcy both at home and in the hospital. Meanwhile, Callie and Arizona come to a decision about surrogacy, Amelia overhears a big secret, Bailey realizes she will have to fight Alex for Cristina’s board seat and a freak accident causes two teenagers to be caught in a very compromising position, on the season eleven premiere of “Grey’s” tonight Thursday, Sept. 25 (8:00-9:00 p.m., ET).

There are a couple of ways to watch the "Grey's Anatomy" season 11 premiere tonight. The first is to tune in live on ABC, but if you are away from home you can login to ABC's website and stream the episode live as well. Or you can download the ABC app and watch the episode there as well as catch up on previous episodes of "Grey's." A third option is to buy the episode from iTunes or Amazon Instant Video which cost about $2 but won't be available until the day after it airs.
