'Grey's Anatomy' returns with all-new episode on ABC! ABC

Finally after what seemed like forever “Grey’s Anatomy” is back with an all-new episode tonight! The midseason premiere titled “Take It Back” looks to deal with all the consequences from April’s wedding. Meredith seems is upset with Derek, while Karev is seriously upset about his father; probably more so at himself for what he said in the last episode “Get Up, Stand Up.” Check out the official description for episode 13, “Take It Back,” below.

Meredith feels betrayed when Derek goes back on a promise, Alex is furious after returning to the hospital and hearing the news about his father, and Arizona and Callie decide whether or not to move forward together.
