Kevin Hart was in a car crash recently, which left him injured. The California Highway Patrol has determined the cause of the accident to be reckless driving. According to the reports obtained by CNN, it is believed that Hart, the driver, and Jared Black endured back injuries and were immediately transferred to nearby hospitals for treatment. However, Rebecca Broxterman, who was the third occupant, was lucky enough not to have suffered from any significant injuries.

On Tuesday, the comedian posted a 2-minute video on Instagram, where he thanked his family and friends and told us how he viewed life differently now. He said his “world is forever changed” after the crash.

At the beginning of the video, Hart said, “basically, what you realize is that you’re not in control. No matter how much you think you’re in control, you’re not in control. At the end of the day, it can all be over, man.”

The video posted by the comedian had news clips of the car crash. It even showed us how he was facing difficulties even while walking and the struggles with his physical therapy with a visible scar on his back. While the video plays, we hear Maybach Curtains by Meek Mill, John Legend, Nas and Rick Ross.

“When God talks, you got to listen, and I swear life is funny. Because some of the craziest things that happen to you end up being the things that you needed most. And in this case, I honestly feel like God basically told me to sit down," Hart further added.

“When you’re moving too fast and doing too much, sometimes you can’t see the things that you’re meant to see. After my accident, I see things differently. I see life from a whole new perspective. My appreciation for life is through the roof," he continued.

The Soul Plane actor, then, thanked his near and dear ones. “I’m thankful for my family, my friends. I’m thankful for the people that have been with me ’cause you stood by me. My fans, thankful for all your love and support," he said.

He even stated that he is thankful for life and looks forward to an amazing 2020.
