Tonight on “The Voice” more contestants took the stage on the second night of a round that is new this season, battles round 2. Chris Martin, Coldplay’s front man, is the advisor for the four teams during this leg of the competition. The competition was intense, and stakes are higher than ever.
For the first battle of the night, Blake paired up Sisaundra Lewis and Biff Gore. They sang “It’s a Man’s Man’s Man’s World.” Blake said Sisaundra won. Up next, Shakira paired up Ddendyl and Deja Bell. They sang “Say Something.” Shakira chose Deja. Shakira also paired up Emily B. and Kristen Merlin. They sang “I can love you better.” Shakira chose Kristen. Ando to close out the night, Usher paired up Morgan Wallen and Stevie Jo. They sang “Story of my life.” Usher said Stevie Jo won.
As far as steals go, in this leg of the competition coaches only have one steal. Blake is the only coach that still has an opportunity to steal. Adam used his steal tonight for Morgan Wallen. Last night, Usher and Shakira used their steals. Usher stole Josh Kaufman from team Adam and Shakira stole Tess Boyer from team Blake.
