‘Vampire Diaries Season 5 Episode 3 Live Stream: Who Saved Stefan? Find Out Who Tessa Is In ‘Original Sin’ [SPOILERS]

Season 5 of "Vampire Diaries" continues tonight with episode 3 "Original Sin" and other than a really thirsty Stefan, we are not really sure what to expect. Well lucky for fans, despite the mysterious promo videos, episode 3 will have a lot in store for our favorite teenage vamps. While we do know that Stefan is out of the safe and drinking blood, and we mean lots of it, we still don't know how he escaped the watery grave. In episode 2 "True Lies" we watched as Elena abandoned Whitmore (that didn't last long) and head back to Mystic Falls in order to help Damon find the younger Salvatore brother. But instead they found an empty safe and an empty corpse. In episode 3, Elena and Damon are still on the search for Stefan, now with more haste than ever after discovering that he is released and very thirsty.

And the drained corpse found by Elena, Damon and Sheriff Forbes was startlingly, it certainly won't be Stefan's last. Stefan enters a local bar and meets the bartender Jo, but the meeting doesn't last too long mostly because he immediately goes for the jugular, and we mean literally. Hopefully Stefan will have his fill of blood before he kills another person in Mystic Falls, but unfortunately we are not too hopeful. The one clue the promo video did give us were three ominous words, "The Ripper is back." YIKES! It doesn't seem like Stefan hesitates one bit while going in for the bite, but it could just be because he starved for three months! Or maybe, the Ripper is truly back, and the only way for Stefan to survive was to turn off his humanity.

Either way, tonight's episode of "Vampire Diaries" is sure to include some blood sucking fun. With Stefan's return, where will Silas go? And how exactly did Stefan return to Mystic Falls?
