'Un Nuevo Día' Live From New York: Rashel Diaz Tells Us When, Where & Why We Should Be There! [EXCLUSIVE]

As one of the hosts of the 2-Emmy-Award winning morning show “Un Nuevo Día,” Rashel Diaz has won the love and respect of Latino audiences in the U.S. Diaz, who is an Emmy winner herself, is often described as beautiful, charismatic, and joyful, which is why she has been able to conquer the TV world by appearing in renowned shows such as: “Don Francisco,” where she began her career, “Despierta América,” “El Gordo y La Flaca,” and “Escándalo TV.

This year, Rashel Diaz is once again featured in “Los 50 Más Bellos” issue from People En Español, and is ready to come to New York and celebrate with the other 49 Latino celebrities who made the list. But that is not all Rashel is coming to The Big Apple for, the stunning Cuban is bringing the “Un Nuevo Día” production team with her for two live performances at La Marina, which will occur May 11, and 12.

“I am more than ready to head over there. I’m happy to be doing the show live, Monday and Tuesday, thrilled to be able to enjoy again with the beautiful audience that always treats us so well,” Rashel told Latin Times during a phone interview on Thursday.

We asked the charismatic TV host to share with us what could be expected from this live transmission, and she commented that some things were still in the works (*cough* getting J Balvin on stage *cough*), but that the audience is guaranteed to have a good time: “The audience always has fun, we always have guest stars, this year we’ll have Rafa Amaya “El Señor de los Cielos,” we’ll have Daddy Yankee as a musical guest. Who wouldn’t want to come dance and have a good time?”

She also mentioned that the audience could expect some gifts from the production, and contests, including a makeover for 3 lucky ladies that will be picked randomly on the day of the event, and stylist Leonardo Rocco will coordinate that. Also, for all of you Romeo Santos fans, they will be giving away tickets for his upcoming concert in New York.

And last but not least, Rashel Diaz invites everyone in New York to go to La Marina and have fun with the production team from “Un Nuevo Día”: “I would love that people came and joined us, so they can have fun, dance, have a good time, 3 hours of ‘PURA FIESTA!’ like I always say.”
