Tom Brady And Gisele Bundchen Split Rumors: Is Couple Headed To $460 Million Divorce?

As if Tom Brady didn't have enough on his mind already with his first day in a New York court on Monday, OK! Magazine is now reporting that Brady and his supermodel wife, Gisele Bundchen are headed for divorce.

According to the report, the Deflate-Gate saga has put tremendous strain on both his professional and personal life.

"This football season is especially stressful because of Deflate-Gate," said the anonymous source. "Tom is really upset about everything that has gone down and it can't help but put a strain on their marriage."

Brady and Bundchen have done a great job of keeping their relationship troubles behind closed doors and appear to be putting up a smiling face on social media. On August 3, Gisele posted a picture of her family on Instagram wishing her husband a happy birthday.

According to the sources at OK! Magazine, immediately after the picture was posted, Tom and Gisele had a huge fight and she reportedly stormed out of a birthday dinner for Tom at a fancy restaurant.

"They have been fighting every other day for weeks," the source told OK! Magazine. "As soon as they got home, it all came to a head. They started bickering."

Brady appeared in a New York court today along with NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell in a hearing to decide if the NFL has the authority to uphold Brady's 4-game suspension for tampering with footballs in the AFC Championship game last season.

Both Brady and Goodell were in front of Judge Richard M. Berman who presided over the hearing. Brady is appealing the four-game suspension passed down him by the NFL earlier this year, a ruling that was upheld after Commissioner Goodell oversaw Brady's appeal, the very man who passed down the original punishment.

Berman told both sides that he wanted a quick resolution to the situation and hoped that both the NFL and Brady could come to a mutual agreement.

"Everyone is of a view that this case can be resolved expeditiously," Berman said.

Meanwhile, on the home front, Brady is currently in the middle of a scandal that has spread from his friend Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner's marriage on to his own.

Brady went on a private-jet trip to Las Vegas with Affleck and his former nanny, Christine Ouzounian who is caught up in cheating rumors regarding Affleck.

A photo in the New York Post shows a beaming Ouzounian flashing Brady's four Super Bowl rings, leaving some to speculate that it was Brady who was having an affair with Affleck's nanny.

We certainly hope that Brady and his beautiful Brazilian wife, Bundchen will be able to work out their differences and stay together as we love this power couple.
