A UK movie theater provided first aid for an attendee who was sickened by a new clown horror film while 11 others fled before it even ended.

Moviegoers were met with a warning message about the "extreme violence and excessive gore" in the latest installment of the "Terrifier" series.

"If you are feeling unwell, please find a member of staff. Staff trained in first aid are on site," the sign read, according to a post from the "Terrifier 3" X account.

Following the premiere, the film's distributor, Signature Entertainment, thanked attendees and informed them the venue staff reported a whopping 11 people walked out and one person vomited during the screening. It jokingly added it would be there for anyone else affected by the film's content.

"If the #Terrifier3 event impacted you please let us know if you need more support at this time," the post read.

The film's distributor also shared a video of the "infamous" UK audience on X that shows viewers looking around in disbelief and gripping their seats.

The "Terrifier" franchise follows Art, a sadistic clown who terrorizes residents of a fictitious New York town. Since the first movie premiered in 2016, each successive installation reported a number of audience members had fallen ill from the gore and violence.

Damien Leone is the mastermind behind the films, which have grossed around $15.5 million worldwide to date, according to Box Office Mojo. The latest installment is expected to bag $10 million when it premieres worldwide on Oct. 11.
