An Ohio man is accused of inappropriately touching an employee and then being caught masturbating on surveillance video at a variety store.
Court documents state that the accused, identified as 35-year-old Garrett Penn walked into the Family Dollar store in the 8800 block of Reading Road, Cincinnati, and then attempted to steal paper towels from the back office.
The staff at the store asked Penn to leave but before he left, he allegedly rubbed a female employee’s arm and touched her rear end, according to the documents.
The police were alerted and the responding officers examined the store’s surveillance video and discovered that Penn was masturbating while watching the female employee on their surveillance cameras.
According to the documents, the police in the meantime, received a call that a man matching Penn’s description broke into a home but was chased away by the residents before officers arrived.
Court documents say that while the officers searched for Penn, they talked to a CVS pharmacy employee who told them that Penn, who was banned from the store, had locked himself in the outlet's bathroom.
When police arrived, Penn reportedly refused to come out of the restroom, so the officers had to forced their way in and arrested him.
According to jail records, Penn faces one count of voyeurism, sexual imposition, obstruction of official business, and two counts of criminal trespassing.
In a similar incident, a man shopping for a used car was shocked to discover a naked woman pleasuring herself in the back seat of one of the vehicles parked in the yard.
According to the police, officers were called to the Bob Tyler Toyota dealership in Pensacola, Florida, last Wednesday after the gruesome incident was spotted inside a 2010 Jeep Wrangler.
A customer allegedly "complained to a sales associate about a naked woman in the back seat of one of the vehicles in the sale lot".
When the manager of the dealership opened the door of the Jeep, he said he spotted a homeless woman, later identified as 37-year-old Alexis King, "naked, with her legs spread wide open".
According to reports, after King walked away from the location, employees inspected the vehicle and noticed that the interior of the car was damaged and that the inside of the car smelled "so horrible".
One witness told the damages included a broken radio and a "period stain" on the car's grey cloth seats.
The damage was so gross that after the incident the vehicle "went straight to detailing", the witness said.
The manager of the dealership estimated that King caused $1,300 in damages to the Jeep.
King was charged with burglary, criminal mischief, indecent exposure, and providing police with a false name.
She is currently being held in the Escambia County jail on a $7000 bond.
