'Storage Wars' Season 5 Cast: Brandi Passante And Jarrod Schulz Are Back To Bidding In Tuesday's Premiere Episode ‘Flight Of The Gambler’

“Storage Wars” is back and the so are the bidders! Season 5 of everyone’s guiltiest pleasure kicks off tonight on A&E with a brand new episode and fans are set to see the bargaining antics of Brandi Passante, Jarrod Schulz and Darrell Sheets! The Season 5 cast of “Storage Wars” is missing a few notable bidders including Barry Weiss and the villainous Dave Hester. Dave Hester was famously fired from the show in December of 2012, and then he sued the A&E production team responsible for “Storage Wars” citing wrongful termination.

In March of 2103, A&E won a partial victory over Hester when the federal judge tossed out Hester's claim of unfair business practices, stating that his claim of wrongful termination was not specific enough. Due to the strained relationship between Hester and A&E, fans should not expect to be hearing his signature “YUUUP!” in Season 5. As for Barry however, his absence in Season 5 is coming with good reason, because A&E gave the eclectic collector his own spin-off series. Premiering after two back-to-back brand new episodes of “Storage Wars” fans will be treated to the series premiere of “Barry’d Treasure,” the aptly named series will follow Barry Weiss on his cross country journey for the “nation’s rarest and most fascinating collectibles.”

But before the all new spinoff series, fans will be treated to two brand new episodes of “Storage Wars” marking the start of Season 5. Starting at 9 p.m. on A&E, Season 5 will premiere with “The Flight of the Gambler” and the cast is heading to Montebello, California tobattle the sun, sweat and of course each other to get the best lockers, money can buy. Following the premiere, at 9:30 p.m. episode 2 of Season 5 will premiere “The Hills Have Buys” and according to the synopsis “Darrell discovers an interesting locker.”

Despite that having a variety of meanings we most certainly do love when Darrell gets bit overwhelmed by a buy, makes it all the more entertaining. Speaking of Darrell, this season fans should expect to see even more of his protégé son, Brandon Sheets. As the patriarch of the Sheets family continues to teach his son about “the business of buying.” In addition to the veterans, fans will once again see Rene Nezhodah and his wife Casey, as well as the reckless Ivy Calvin who always comes to the auctions ready to bid!
