Sophie Turner and Joe Jonas’ wedding earlier this May came as a delightful surprise to fans who were expecting a summer date. The supposed secret ceremony held in Las Vegas was made known to the world after Diplo live streamed the intimate event. The newlyweds are having the time of their lives, but news about a second wedding has fans questioning what lies in store for their second walk down the aisle.

As it turns out, the second much-awaited summer wedding will still push through. The details of the highly anticipated event has been much speculated, especially after life coach Mike Beyer’s Instagram Story showed the supposed wedding invitation of the two stars. The story showed a long white box with a golden engraving that reads “Sophie and Joe 2019 France.”

The summer wedding in France had been teased by Jonas in an interview on the “Zach Sang Show” last April. Turner, on the other hand, seems to have given a more specific clue in an interview with Graham Norton in an episode of the “Graham Norton Show” on May 24. Norton made speculations on the details of the wedding, to which Turner responded that it was a good guess.

“It’s in France! 15th of July! Just outside Montpellier … I have no idea,” guessed Norton. “That was a pretty good guess,” Turner laughed in reply.

The second wedding will certainly be a much bigger affair, in contrast to the small, intimate ceremony held on May 1. A source from Us Weekly spilled some details of the plans, saying that it will definitely be “a huge party” and that the decorations might even be a little garish, with the addition of a very “wild” wedding cake.

“Joe and Sophie want to have a huge party,” said the source. “The decor is going to be sophisticated, but there’ll be some kitschy elements, including a really wild cake,” he added.

Aside from confirming a live band for the ceremony, the Jonas Brothers — the pop group formed in 2005 — is also expected to take the show. “There’ll be a live band, and the Jonas Brothers are expected to take the stage,” the source added.
